I’m the one who films your wedding. On packages with a second shooter, I’ll tell you who it is once you’ve booked.
It’s the heart of what I call The Spoken Story. A few weeks before your wedding we talk for 45 to 60 minutes, recorded, about how you met and what matters to you.
On the day I record your ceremony and speeches with proper audio. Then I listen to everything first and cut the pictures to your voices.
I film any wedding. The Greater Toronto Area is included. I don’t offer photography. Your stills are graded frames taken from your film.
I know a church is not a film set. I ask first, and I do what you say. I stay out of the way. For churches and officiants

Hi, I’m Danny. I’m a filmmaker and a songwriter, and I’ve been telling stories pretty much my entire life. There’s something very special about a wedding day, and there’s nothing that brings me more joy than being a part of some of the most intimate and joyous moments that a couple can share with their loved ones. It feels like I’m in on a hidden secret, and I get to be a part of telling that story. Everyone’s story is unique, and so I try my best to tailor make every film to honour the stories and the people that are part of your special day. I hope to meet you soon. Signing off. Bye.

I try my best to capture the moments honestly, and that starts with the audio, really making sure that we hear the words and the laughs that give the day so much meaning, and that lasts a lifetime. I’m not really interested in making anything super trendy or flashy, more so something that’s timeless that you guys can keep going back to. A film that doesn’t get in the way of what the day truly looked and felt like. That’s my goal.
